1. Services

One2Consult (“we,” “us,” or “our”) provides business consulting, real estate advisory, and related services described on the Site. Booking and delivery of services are subject to separate written agreements where applicable.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for safeguarding account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

3. Communications and SMS

By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive calls and SMS messages from us including two-factor authentication codes, appointment reminders, and informational messages. 4. Payments and Refunds

Fees are disclosed before engagement. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, professional service fees are non-refundable once work has begun.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — text, graphics, logos, software — is owned by One2Consult or its licensors and protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute without prior written permission.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Site for unlawful purposes
  • Attempt to interfere with Site security or availability
  • Reverse-engineer any part of the Site
  • Impersonate another person

7. Disclaimer

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Venue for disputes lies in Miami-Dade County, Florida.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Site after updates constitutes acceptance.
