ONETWO STRATEGIES INC ("we", "us", "our") operates onetoconsult.com (the "Site") and related consulting services. This policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use it, and the rights you have.

1. Information We Collect

  • Contact information — name, email, phone number, company name when you submit a consultation request, opt in to SMS, or contact us.
  • Communication content — messages you send via forms, voice calls, or SMS with our team or our AI assistant ("Eva").
  • Technical data — IP address, browser type, pages visited, collected via standard web analytics and cookies.
  • Transaction data — billing information processed by our payment providers (we do not store full card numbers on our servers).

2. How We Use Your Information

  • Respond to consultation requests and book appointments.
  • Send transactional SMS messages including two-factor authentication codes, appointment confirmations and reminders, and informational follow-ups after phone consultations.
  • Operate and secure the Site.
  • Comply with legal obligations.

3. SMS Communications Program

By providing your phone number and opting in (via web form checkbox or explicit verbal consent during a phone call), you agree to receive text messages from One2Consult. Message types include:

  • Two-factor authentication / login verification codes
  • Appointment confirmations, reminders, and reschedule notifications
  • Informational follow-ups after phone consultations, including links to our scheduling page and resources discussed on the call

Message frequency varies based on account activity. Message and data rates may apply from your carrier. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time. Reply HELP for support, or email support@onetoconsult.com.

No mobile information, including phone numbers and SMS opt-in data, will be shared with any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. SMS opt-in consent is not transferred to any third party.

Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the Text Message services (for example, Twilio Inc., which provides SMS infrastructure).

4. How We Share Information

We share information only with:

  • Service providers who help us operate (hosting, email, SMS delivery via Twilio Inc., CRM) under strict confidentiality.
  • Legal authorities when required by law.
  • Successors in the event of a merger or acquisition (with notice).

We do not sell personal information. We do not share mobile phone numbers or SMS opt-in data with third parties for marketing.

5. Cookies and Analytics

The Site uses cookies for session management and analytics. You may disable cookies in your browser settings; some features of the Site may not work without them.

6. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. You can request deletion at any time (see Section 8).
